Scope of work
Infrastructure- Refresh the look and feel of the ASC’s online store during a major branding transition using Sahara Theme. Establish governance over all existing assets and implement workflows for improved asset management.
Branding- At first, the ASC Store lacked cohesive branding, leading to a confusing online experience across various ASC properties. Media assets used throughout the existing build were not optimized for web use/per Shopify’s media specifications, and basic features such as auto collections and email marketing automation were not in use. After various improvements, the website has seen a 37% increase in average online sessions, a 15% increase in average order value and a 34% increase in returning customers.
Scripting- The ASC Store is the starting point for various customer journeys which require scripting and integration: access to online magazine subscriptions, eBooks, and other content is triggered whenever a purchase is made on the store.
